CANCELLATIONS

 

The time allocated for your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. When you book a service with us we guarantee you this time. Please advise us 1 day prior to your appointment if you need to cancel, change or re-schedule your appointment. Less than 1 day will attract a 50% fee and a no show will be charged at 100% of the treatment cost.
